Join me for a transformational 8-week journey to bust through the blocks, increase your confidence, find your strength, awaken your power and rock your inner radiance.

This will be an intimate course with spaces limited to 10 women. This will provide the space to go deeper into your practice, into yourself, and also be held and supported by a community of like-minded women.

When I began my Kundalini Yoga journey, I was amazed at how quickly things in my life started moving forward, clearing out, releasing, and how much my confidence and self-belief skyrocketed.

Kundalini Yoga will truly shake you up to wake you up in the best of ways.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is known as the ‘Yoga of Awareness’, however it is a not just yoga, it is a powerful technology and science. Each class intends to increase your self-awareness, raise your vibration and is about YOU having an experience with a deeper, more expansive and radiant sense of yourself.

What sets Kundalini Yoga apart from the other Yoga’s?

Kundalini Yoga uses a specific combination of postures, breath techniques, eye-focus, mudra, body-locks and meditation to balance the glandular system, expand our lung capacity, purify the blood, strengthen the nervous system and get you out of your head and back into your heart. It helps us elevate and clear our energy faster than anything else so that we can live our most radiant, joyful life.

Each week we will focus on a new Kriya and a specific theme (releasing fear, increasing intuition, inner radiance, letting go etc.)

This will be a transformational 8-week journey within including;

▵ Weekly 60-75minute Kundalini Yoga Classes with deep relaxation at the end

▵ Journal Reflections and Activities in between classes

▵ Short Meditations (homework) to go deeper for the shifts to occur after class

▵ Access to a private online group where I will be checking in and working through the themes / intentions of each week with you and coaching you along the way

▵ Individualised support to deepen your practice if needed

▵ Herbal tea at the end of each class to get to know this beautiful community of likeminded women on the journey with you.

F.A.Q

Do I need a Yoga mat?

Yes please – I have a couple of spare mats but I encourage you to purchase your own so you can continue your practice in between classes at home too. (You can purchase cheap yoga mats from Kmart!)

Do I need to be flexy?

Nope. Not one bit. The postures in Kundalini Yoga will allow your body to open more as the weeks go on, no matter where your starting point is. Sometimes we do the whole class sitting down!

What if I haven’t practiced Yoga before?

Perfect – time to get cracking and you’re in the right place. Kundalini Yoga is perfect for absolute beginners or advanced Yogi’s. It is unlike other forms of Yoga, so everyone will be at the same starting point.

What if I don’t want to chant?

No problem, we’re all in this together – you can still sit and receive, but trust me, you’ll soon be hooked. It’s fun and elevating, and an amazing way to learn how to speak up!
