My training sessions are 45minute intentional full body workouts – a mix of weights, boxing and cardio making sure that you’ll sweat your butt off but also have a few laughs along the way.
I’ll be bringing my 3+ years experience as a Women’s Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Teacher and Life Coach to the table to ensure you get the most out of our time together.
Sessions end with a short meditation to finish on a high.
1:1 Personal Training: 4 pack $200 ($50 per private session)
Grab a Soul Sister and train together 2:1 for 45mins – $35pp.
If you have a group of besties (3-6 people) that want to train together please get in contact for a group rate depending on numbers.
